PSN - Full Game Trial

I played the Full Game Trial of this game on PSN. My opinions are only about the first hour of the game.

Hell's Highway is my first foray into the Brothers in Arms series. The story seems to be woven deeply into the wider Brothers in Arms series. The pistol in the game will come to play a large role, I believe. Along with the deep story, the visuals help to make the interplay between the characters much more detailed and believable then almost any other first person shooter set in WWII.

With only limited time with the game, I can see that I could see myself finishing the game without much trouble. On the PS3 version, I did find some stuttering in the first few cutscenes of the game.

I can tell that this game is going to have a great story because, with my 1 hour demo, I could barely get passed the first tutorial mission. Usually this would be a negative for a game, but it seemed to be teaching me a lot of useful mechanics. The videos about flanking were especially helpful. If I can find this game for less than $20 I'll probably buy it. I'm not a huge shooter fan, but the story and game mechanics seem to be well suited for a 20 hour ride.

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway is a World War II squad tactical shooter. In the game you play as Ssgt. Baker, commander of an airborne army squad. The story is like a epic theatrical movie.
