Modern Warfare, but a 3rd person shooter instead of a 1st person shooter?

I think it could possibly be a Modern Warfare RPG. Skills, character traits, special weapons. Sort of like Golden Sun, but with nukes, and AC-130's.

Perhaps something similar to Far Cry 2 with the larger open world environment? I'm not sure, but I'd like to see more on it :)

I can easily see this becoming nothing more than DS/PSP/WII game (not to say that a wii game wouldn't be interesting but..)

Maybe something 3rd person, like Spec Ops, but with less linear structure.  Maybe a dumbed-down Arma game.
