a reason why i do not want to be a engineer

so is dead space scary?...no not at all..but it does do a hell of a job at being suspenceful..there was no time at all where i jumped or was afraid to go through a door, but i did find myself constently checking my ammo and health before i enter a room..the game does a great job at making you do those kinds of things..and the anticipation of what is behind the next door or room is what sets the mood for this game.

the mood for this game is DARK..very rarly do you see a room fully lit..and if that does happen shortly after the lights go off and Necromorphs, the alien group that you fight in this game, come after your rather fast..lights are often flashing, or off completly with a little flashing light during quarantine

now..i think this game has some inovative material..even if a lot of critics are saying its "the same as other survival horror games"..the dismemberment feature is awesome!..i like how when you shoot them in the head, they only get more pissed and charge at you hard..

this game has some of the biggest bosses i have ever seen..and all can be pretty challenging..this game also likes to through a good amount of curveballs at you..near the end of the game you will be shouting "HOLY CRAP" when they start to explain the story and when some backstabbing happens

i loved this game..its one of the best games on the 360..and one of the best shooters i have ever played

The opening moments....With these clichés, Dead Space seems to be on the track of mediocrity and will be summarily forgotten, right? Well, thankfully, no, because Dead Space does enough on its own part for it to be set apart from almost every game of 2008 as one of the best games of the year, horror or not. Playing as Isaac Clarke, a silent engineer, the player will traverse...

You'd definitely hear me scream in space 0

EA has decided to buck the trend this year; a company so used to spewing out sequels is now concentrating on starting new franchises, and EA Redwood Shores latest, Dead Space, has all the ingredients to become another big hit. With an animated comic book and animated movie already released, the markers have been firmly set; now it’s time for the game to deliver. So far, it’s on the right track. So few survival horror games throw you into space to fight aliens, that’s normally action territory; a...
