GTA IV would be pretty fun. There's a lot of potential for utter chaos and silliness. While it's a shooter [more or less], it's one you can easily get away with not taking so seriously. [Also, I never got around to playing much MP in it, and it still looks fun.]
My choice per genera is: RPG - Neverwinter Nights 2 Platformer - Megaman Legends 1 or 2 Driving - Forza 2 Simulation - Sims 2 or 3 Sandbox game - Saints row 2 FPS (if you are forced to! D:) - deathmatch of Timespitters 2
This and something like Call of Duty 2, Saint's Row/GTAIV, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, NBA Ballers (or any arcade sports game), Dark Sector, Skate, MGS 4, Singularity,and Bioshock 2.
@KaosAngel: Hmmm yeah that definitely fits my definition of boring. Dont get me wrong, I respect GT and everything it does, but I would play it with guests at my house unless they asked, or they wanted to see pretty graphics. It is a very boring spectating game.
I think Burnout Paradise has plenty of multi-player content for a solid TNT. High-speed races, crazy tricks, and a borderline pornographic crash system makes it a blast to watch too.
I know it's a stretch, but I'd also really love to see some GTA 4 multi-player. Tthe GB community could coordinate some really fun and silly events, but I think even the natural chaos that ensues in-game would be entertaining.
Have a fighting game grab-bag TNT. Toss in some fighting games from all different spectrum of the genera. Tekken, Blazblue/Guilt Gear, Street Fighter (Any one, really), Soul Caliber, Arcana Hearts, Virtual Fighter, Dead of Alive, ect. Heck, you can even poll the stream or toss the names into a hat and pick one at random. If anything, it will fill up 2-3 hours!
Seeing THPS3 being played made me want to see some older games on TNT. Maybe a collection of old XBLA games that people don't play anymore like Bomberman Live
