No doubt about it, Dead Space

FEAR 2. I only played the demo of it, but it is more creepy. However, Dead Space, while it isn't piss-your-pants scary, is just awesome and amazing. FEAR 2 looks sweet, but I think it is safe to say that Dead Space has the edge on the action side.

No "not really scary" there was an odd moment or two in both games I jumped a little bit, Right I'm trying to finish me off some Condemned and the damn homeless keep trying to give me a reach around with a pipe or a 2x4 in which I reciprocate with a swift boot to the mouth.

I wouldn't really call either game scary, FEAR 2 does have moments, but it isn't scary. As for Dead Space, it just has the air of System Shock 2 and I played the hell out of that game.

FEAR 2 is the bomb (Also I never played Deadspace)

You need to go rent it man, best game EA has put out in a decade.

Neither of them are scary because the jump scares become predictable in Dead Space and nothing harms you in FEAR(well, not much).
