    The official website has started counting down to the games final trailer, I think fans can expect it to be gameplay rich, I certainly hope so after the shockingly terrible international announcement trailer from last week. (that model-actor should be shot)  Anyway, the trailer will hit on Wednesday the 25th. Famitsu Magazine the following day will be laying the game bare with details, so fans should expect a load of information on the game by the end of next week. 
     
    The site has been updated with stuff well worth checking out, there's two new locations:  Nautilus and The Sunleth Waterscape, as well as stuff on Hope's summon Alexander.

    The more of this I see, the more excited I can feel myself getting. I haven't been this hyped for a game since Grand Theft Auto IV so it's nice to have something to really look forward to again. Liking the screenshots, although I bet I'd like them a lot more if I could read Japanese. Not sure about the Afghan hound-style ears on the Chocobo, personally. Also, those last few screens look a lot like some variant on the Alexander summon from some of the older Final Fantasies. Any confirmation on that?

    This game is the reason I got a PS3, can't wait. And I'm seeing some similarities from XII in the UI, similar font, icons etc.

    Apparently you see the beasts fighting each other at times, for added realism. That goes for all the large creatures in the game.

    I naturally wondered the same.. I think not, it's likely they all start with full heath in every battle. The fights are most probably just for show and there's no interaction with them while it's happening. Just my guess, I could be wrong.

    I'm just glad that Marks/Hunts are back. That was my favorite part of Final Fantasy XII. I still  haven't beat Yazmat though, he keeps spamming death on me and I can't handle it lol.

     They look amazing when running across landscapes, they remind me of the Gallimimus seen in Jurassic Park.
