Great job. The art style is very familiar to that of Penny Arcade. Also, Jeff looks like a 90s New York cop.

Guess i'm the only one who is not all that fond of it. I prefer a simpler, lighter, less crowded background. Not too big of a fan how at the botton it just cuts off.
