I don't usually ask my characters what country they are from. I usually just use them to shoot digital bad guys. I'm thinking Saint's Row would have some, um, yeah Scarface, a game called Fully Loaded I think? Kinda like GTA meets Desperado.

Looks hispanic to me! Well can you tell me a game that has a black protagonist? Other than San Andreas? Or maybe an Arab protagonist (LOL yeah right)? Even Asian protagonists are rare in games, other then RPGs and whatnot.
