Im looking for a good Multipaltform Game magazine, and im trying to decide between Game Informer or Game Pro. Ive had subscriptions to both, but its been so long I cant really remember which I liked better. GI seems like it could have corrupted Gamestop paid scores or something like that, but ive heard that the Gamepro seems like its run by a bunch of noobs in the magazine business and nobody takes them seriously.
I also heard EGM is getting a ressurection, but Im not sure if its true or when.

This. Of course, I'm one of those people who genuinely enjoys EDGE and GamesTM (to a much lesser degree, it's essentially British Game Informer, since it's all about the visual content, except it has semi-literate writers), so many consider my opinions to be invalid.
GamePro is now under John Davidson's leadership (founder of WhatTheyPlay.com and former EIC of EGM), so I'm hoping for a huge boost in quality from that magazine.
I'd recommend neither. I will say however, that Gamepro has had an interesting lifespan. The magazine has had many revamps since its existence, and I found the magazine amusing as a teen, when every writer on that magazine had a cartoon persona.

Once the Game Informers go out, though, anything interesting is immediately on the internet. So, that really isn't reason enough to warrant buying a subscription.

yeah, this is about all they have, but it's better than anything from Gamepro recently. But I really enjoy Play magazine, if you're looking for an alternative. They have some of my favorite magazine covers anywhere.
Game Informer. I've had subscriptions for both at one point or another, but there was a point where Gamepro got really bad. Game Informer might not be the cutting edge, but they at least have some good stuff in there.
@Raven_Sword: I agree with that I'm just saying it was the best video game magazine I've ever seen. Game Pro and Game Informer don't even come close to cutting it for me.
Right now, Game Informer, but if John Davison is able to work some of that "Harry Potter" magic all those Brits have, then a year from now, it may be GamePro.
If you you don't mind paying craptons of money for it EDGE is the best out right now. Otherwise, GI isn't so bad. I think people tend to hate it because gamestop owns it.
