It's still breaking news, apparently, since I can only find a few links about it.
I say we all swing our arms from side to side in tribute.
Captain Lou is dead.
Wow, that dude looks like the one guy from that PBS show where they used to drive around looking for used stuff people are giving away on their curbs and then rebuild it into really weird cool unusual stuff and then give it back to them. Either that, or one of the Clack and Clack Brothers.
" Who? "Was that so hard? You must be pretty young if you don't know him.
Any how will always remember him from the Super Mario Bros Super Show...btw awesome title, i hope he took the right warp pipe and that he will rest in peace.
" @SJSchmidt93 said:Why do that when you could rather flaunt your ignorance to the whole site." Who? "Was that so hard?
Lou kept showing up during my childhood, wether it was as Mario, managing in the WWF or being the dad in the video for Girl's Just Wanna have fun when it played on MTV. And it was always awesome.
RIP Lou, I'll flinging some rubberbands for you tonight
BTW this should be moved to the Mario forum if you ask me

In March 1989, on Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, Albano had his trademark beard shaved on the air in order to star as the iconic video game character Mario in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. Along with Danny Wells, he co-starred in live action segments during interludes of the Mario cartoon, as well as providing the voice of his animated counterpart.
Oh yeah, I remember him!!! He was pretty cool, and the show wasn't too bad. Childhood memories don't die, shame he died though.
