Favourite Game Soundtracks

My favourite game soundtracks are... 

Final Fantasy 7-10 - The legendary Nobuo Uematsu, specifically Zanarkand and Areith's Theme.
Persona 3 and 4 - Battle for Everyone's Souls and I'll face myself.
Phoenix Wright series - All of the Cornered music throughout the series.
Metal Gear Solid - Love the main theme.
Banjo Kazooie - Grant Kirkhope is one hell of a composer!
Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines - Isolated by Chiasm

Okami and Nier both have great soundracks.

Shatter by a mile.

Shin Megami Tensei, all of them. Fucking amazing music. I believe this thread already exists though.

Amon Tobin's work on Infamous/Chaos Theory, and the Shin Megami Tensei games.

As far as anything that hasn't been mentioned before, I think the Halo series is up there. I'm not the hugest fan of the games, but the music... oh man the music!

Oh, also the shatter soundtrack is really good.

Little Big Planet, Final Fantasy 7, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Heavy Rain (it's limited but resonates with me for some reason), Total Annihilation. I'm probably leaving out a ton of games.

Had forgotten until I saw the trailer for LBP2 but LittleBigPlanet had an amazing soundtrack too.

Without a doubt, Jet Grind Radio /Jet Set Radio Future.

I really like the Soundtrack to the Silent Hill games. My personal favorite has to be Laura´s Theme from SH2 though.

Shatter and DJ Hero both have excellent soundtracks.

Mass Effect 2 is the latest game who's music I've listened to outside of play.  "Normandy Reborn" "Suicide Mission" and a few others are epic.

I like the Persona 4 soundtrack which is strange because I usually despise J-pop. Shatter is an obvious choice.

Mass Effect 1 and 2 had an epic soundtrack.

You've got it backwards. The American version was complete crap whereas the JP/EU versions were brilliant. Shame the game itself is horribly overrated.   Anyway- the best OST of all time is Streets of Rage 2. "

Machinarium

One of my favorite game soundtracks would have to be Super Mario Galaxy.
 
 

I enjoy the Mass Effect 1 and 2, Jade Empire, Shatter, Halo, Oblivion and Prince of Persia soundtracks.

Not too long ago I bought the Advent Rising soundtrack, and it's really great. I would love to have more music like it.
