I want a game like uncharted
The only game that comes to mind besides Tomb Raider and Uncharted is maybe Assassins Creed 2 the story and the time obviously are totally different. But you do climb a lot in both. You do use some stealth in both and you get to pull people to their death in both. You also try to find things in both. So the do share some similariiies.
You probably haven't heard of it because it's just a small indie game, but if you liked Uncharted you might like Uncharted 2.
It has an amazing world, great story, it's long as hell and the climbing is way better than Uncharted 2's.
Also i thought this AC2 was a better game then Uncharted 2 also.
" 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand. "Damn. You beat me to it.
" 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand. "
" 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand. "
" @ADTR_ZERO said:Are you saying Uncharted 2 can not be classified as Uncharted? He never said he wanted a game like Uncharted: Drake Fortune, but it still is classified as an Uncharted game. Think before you make a smart-ass comment."Will you turtles stop saying Uncharted 2? He wants a game like UC2, and if you can't think of a game like UC2, then you seriously need to stop playing video games because you are not worthy. "No, he wants a game like Uncharted. Nowhere did he mention 2. "
And, I know you said "no Tomb Raider", but you should give Tomb Raider: Underworld a look if you haven't. It's a lot like Uncharted 1, and it controls pretty well. There are a few camera issues but no more than any of the ones I found in U:DF.
Finally, you should go straight to Nolan North's other work and take a look at the most recent Prince of Persia game. Lots of jumping and climbing and all that. It even has a hot side-kick like Elena.
Tomb Raider: Anniversary
Tomb Raider: Legend
Tomb Raider
Tomb Raider II
Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness
Tomb Raider: Chronicles
Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation
Tomb Raider: Elixir of Life
Tomb Raider III
Tomb Raider: The Lost Artifact
Oh no Tomb Raider? Well then...Uncharted!
" 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand. "In some ways it's even better than Uncharted.
Tomb Raider Legend, Anniversary and Underworld were all actually pretty good. A new development studio took over for those three games (the Soul Reaver guys) and they really turned the series around, completely revamping the gameplay and making them disconected from the previous TR games. Although Underworld was very rushed and feels unfinished in places.. I wouldn't judge those three based on the previous games.
If you're looking for a game like Uncharted, it's about all you're going to get. The combat isn't as good, but there's a much larger emphesis on the exploring and puzzles, which it does far better than UC.

Just buy Gears of War and Prince of Persia. Swap the game each time you finish a chapter in one of the two games. Then you'll get your Uncharted experience.
Having thought about this, I'd go for inFamous. In terms of gameplay mechanics it's actually very similar.
If it's the setting you want then, erm, good luck with that outside of Tomb Raider. Maybe Prince Of Persia?
hey dumbasses, everyone and their mom knows that Uncharted 2 draws a lot of ideas and inspiration from other games.
You are not clever, or intelligent in any way for pointing that out.
