Is Brad going to be on Wheel of Fortune?

On I love Mondays this week Brad got an invite from "Pat Sajak" to be on the show. I couldn't tell if it was Spam or a legit email.

Maybe after he leaves Giant Bomb

I wish. Would love to see that video. Would be like watching Jeff Cannata on Lingo and feeling weird because I know him from the internet all over again. Plus seeing Brad trying to deal with his stage freight in front of that audience would be humours.

No, you mistunderstood. Pat Sajak is the name of Brad's manager. He'd just finished working out the details for Brad's one-man opera, Wheel O Fortuna.

Even if it were legit, I'd hope he'd have the class to turn it down. Wheel of Fortune is to Jeopardy what Checkers is to Chess. Actually, not even quite that -- because Jeopardy is pretty dumb, too (half of it is a bunch of meaningless pop-culture bullshit that you'd only know if you spent all day every day watching television, in which case you'd be too dumb to answer all the other questions).

But now, Pat Sajak does NOT contact contestants. He barely even sees them just before they go on stage. It's a game show; not Inside the Actor's Studio.
