Lost Odyssey, fantastic game.
Also, cheap crap you can pick up for 5 bucks or so like Enchanted Arms, Bullet Witch, Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard etc, all crappy, but fantastic games for the cheapo price you can pick them up for.

You seem to have played every game I have played(and more), so I don't really have any advice to give you other than give me money to buy all the other games that you have played that I haven't. :P

I just picked up Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia and Dead Space for $50, should arrive on tuesday. Gamestop had a buy 2 get 1 used sale this weekend so $50 for 100+ hours of game wasn't a bad deal.

See now, in my opinion those games are worthwhile, but only if you find them cheap. Granted i'm not a multiplayer fan at all so didnt play the multiplayer, but I got more hours of enjoyment out of say Bullet Witch, The Simpsons, Enchanted Arms and Prey than I did out of any one single game I paid full price for. So imo dollar for dollar, cheap mediocre games are the way forward if you've played all the blockbusters that year. But if you're only looking for high scoring games you're missing out in my opinion, but no aside from a couple squeaky voices on the two kids in the game I loved every minute of Lost Odyssey and would recomend it to anyone.
The only thing I would recommend (no spoilers, ish) is to find the fucking item that enables you to learn immunity to petrification, cos I didn't pick it up and it ruined the end of the game for me, one section at the end has enemies that do it to your entire team and it was completely impossible for me to progress. Aside from that one error in design, it's fantastic imo.
Edit: I'm assuming you've played The Orange Box, if not, get down to a shop and buy that shit before I knock your block off!! :D
" Pie, you already know my answer. = D "Oh sorry, id forgot to add that to my list
"I've heard good things about The Maw on XBLA. "
Very short and very easy, but great nonetheless, people looking for challenge should look elsewhere it's very much a game that supporters of the Games are Art notion should check out. I loved it, but anyone looking for a long or challenging experience will not find it here.
Also, get Monkey Island SE its fantastic and if you've not played it before, without a hint guide it will take you years to figure that stuff out.
" @Pie said:OH man howd i forget the orange box!? If you got any enjoyment whatsoever out of Prey, then you may get some, although probably not as much, out of Eat Lead, Bullet Witch, Alone in the Dark, Quake 4 and some others. And you will probably get an equal amount of enjoyment out of Condemned 1 and 2, The Simpsons, The Bourne Conspiracy, Clive Barkers Jericho and Star Wars The Force Unleashed.
Most of which can be picked up for less than $15 I would reckon by now. Heck, most of those things I can get for £10 brand new here.
Street Fighter IV - good online community
The Darkness - good single player
Burnout Paradise - lots of achievements that will keep you busy
GRID - personally the best racing game out there.
or you can wait for shadow complex to come out this month. :]
"I will be the third post in a row to suggest The Darkness. You can probably pick it up for about $10 used, and it's an absolutely excellent single player. The gameplay itself is a bit stiff, but the story...MAN, THE STORY!!! *ugh* I need to play that game again SOOOOOOO bad. "
Yeah i'm gonna back this. I totally forgot The Darkness, it's really quite good.

"@Seedofpower said:" You can buy some microsoft points and get some new xbox arcade games. "But there all so poo.... I might consider getting worms 2 armegaddon though"
Ture, I still think the PC version of that game is better.

" @crunchUK said:aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah" it is. Although if you're not big on racing games i'd go for PGr. It's fun whilst not requiring the dedication and complexity of forza "I know, i played some PGR at launch and enjoyed. I just want forza so i can get that pie car.... "
Ahhh yeah, if i've not said it before The Club, even if I have, I havn't said it enough. That game is so heavily underrated, so many people ignored it for no good reason. Sure it has absolutely nill story, but everything else is top quality for a third person shooter, the arcadey elements are a nice break from the over-serious of things like Gears as well, basicly it's The Running Man meets any gangster movie. You run around killing dudes through various stages, getting points for things like headshots etc, and it's very well put together, very fast paced, arcadey action. Made by Bizzare Creations too.
