Premium Members: Test Out New PSN Trophy Support

God damnit. Now I have to go get all the damn feathers in AC2.

Synced up. Missing a few games, but it seems like almost everything is there.

Cool, but as I added my PSN account I noticed that my XBL account hadn't updated in days and it had a red bar that said "CHange your privacy settings" as well as "Account flagged as private" on it. I've never seen this before and really don't get which privacy settings they are referring to.

I tried removing and re-adding my account as that has fixed the Achievement related problems we've had in the past, but it doesn't seem to have had an effect.

Nice. I've been waiting for this to come back. Hopefully it'll work just fine.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. Seriously nothing makes achievements matter like putting them on giant bomb and for me you have opened up caring about trophies. A feature I have been murdering for ages to get on the site and I'm so happy its here! The system works like a charm but some of my more recent ones are missing like any of the Sports Champions ones. Syncing my achievements as we speak to see if that fixes the problem.

Otherwise great work and I love the way they integrate the trophy art into the site. This is the kind of shit I come to this website for.

I'll sync up but dont care about trophies.

So I checked my account on Xbox.com and it says my privacy settings for achievements is set to everyone as it always has. Is there a page here on GB I'm missing?

@TeflonBilly: It's complicated...the engineers thought they located and fixed that bug two months ago but then it still was happening. Jeff had this to say on the bug reporting thread about the issue:

Anyway, those of you who removed/readded your accounts will have surely noticed by now that you lost all your time stamps. That's because Microsoft doesn't surface that data anymore. So those are pretty much gone forever.

No timetable to speak of, but you've probably also noticed more people running properly lately. Engineering's been spending some time on achievements. Hope to have more to report soon (but I'm out of the office right now and am not sure how things have been going).

@sdornan: Thanks for the heads up, with that in mind, the S-Rank Championship Edition quest is not updating, stating I still have 3/5 S-Ranks, when the achievement page shows I have 8, currently.

Achievements are better when you unlock 447 at once.

Edit: Just got my trophy data and a few of my games are missing. I should have trophy data for Catherine and Disgaea 4 but they are not listed.

I don't really understand why the points totals add up to such weird numbers though. Couldn't the points for the different types of trophies be changed on a per game basis so that each game has 1000 points?

Not all the games show up there. I have played 92 games but only 70 games show.

How long does it take, mine is still grabbing data and I added my PSN account about 8 hours ago. Does it take longer depending on how many trophies you have, cause I have like 1020 trophies or something.

EDIT most of my trophies are synced now, but I am still missing 400-something trophies. Give or take. Too lazy to do the math and look up how many exactly i have atm. I know I went past 2050 the other day
