What do you read in that expression? To me, I just picture Jeff saying "What are you DOING?!?" Or is it more mellow like "huh, that didn't work well at all".

@eroticfishcake: Eh...it's debatable. if I remember correctly there was a thread that was something like "which giantbomb picture rating rating is your favorite?" Back on-topic, I guess I feel toon Jeff is thinking "I am disappointed".
