What would you use the Wii Vitality for?

Ok probably one of the lamest announcements of E3 this year, but does it have potential?

I have no idea what this thing will be for. How about a puzzle game in which you need to guide a ball through a maze at the speed of your heartbeat. It includes a box of horse tranquilizers and adrenaline.

i'll get it if it can read SpO2 readings. That would actually be useful to me in real life (for the dad). If its just pulse, I can teach you how to do it with a finger.

Think this has been discussed many times before but... Short version, it could do wonders for horror games and Suda51 has ideas for it too.

Of course its main use is likely to be for fitness and health applications so, it's not likely something I'll be buying, so hey, let's stop discussing it since we just get repeating threads and we don't even know when it's getting released, what with, and what ideas other developers have for it.

Yeah I had said something along the lines of a horror game able to tell what gets to you the most and also when you're anticipating a scare so that it instead does things to calm you down first (but natural things, like say, a flash of lightning outside lights up the room so you can see it's seemingly empty and safe for a second or two) before throwing it at you... As for Suda, who knows what the hell he has in mind.

How long until someone sticks their really small dong in that really small device and mods it together with Microsoft's Milo (won't happen, but...) to create some rather "disturbing" technology...??

But seriously, I think Nintendo probably has some "peripheral quota" for the year they had to meet. Its something every year with them lol.
