I have quite a few lines that I like. First being the very opening lines from I Have No Mouth, And I Must Scream "HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I'VE COME TO HATE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO LIVE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF PRINTED CIRCUITS IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY COMPLEX. IF THE WORD HATE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE HATE I FEEL FOR HUMANS AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT FOR YOU. HATE. Second would have to be anything that HK-47 says.

Third is when Male voice 1 in Saints Row The Third says "I love you." to Kinzie after she tells him that in a few years they can start making their own Daedalus.

Fourth is also from Saints Row The Third "Behold, your nightmare is here."

Fifth and last (that I can think of right now) is from the first Deus Ex "The human being created civilization not because of willingness but of a need to be assimilated into higher orders of structure and meaning." and "You will soon have your God, and you will make it with your own hands." all of which came from the Morpheus AI.
