Hey what are similar games or franchises to zelda. The things I like about zelda are the puzzles, the explorations, items like bombs and arrows and shield, and most of all the graphic content. I like the way it looks its not a mature look by not childish either. Any suggestions other than okami and darksiders?

3D Dot Game Heroes. Arguably Beyond Good & Evil. Soleil / Crusader of Centy.

Darksiders and Darksiders 2 , and if were lucky maybe 3

This but the puzzles are way easier in Darksiders.

For me some of the puzzles were difficult, as for Zelda I can't really say, sense I've never got into the series..

Okami. Although personally, I'd say it's better than any Zelda. It's my fave.

Oh..you already mentioned it. Oh well, the statement still stands.

Neutopia? Terranigma?

The correct answer is Crystalis, by the way.

Anyway, God of Thunder??

NES version, at least. No denying this.

But seriously, Terranigma all the way.

Surprisingly there really aren't that many. Maybe clones were more common back in the day, but Darksiders is pretty much the only other modern game like that off the top of my head.

Star Fox Adventures? Kameo is also sort of similar to a Zelda in some ways though not all ways. I would say I like Kameo more than Star Fox Adventures though in the long run through Kameo should not be compared to modern This Last Generation games and does, in retrospect, feel like a... 2nd to Last Gen game only with more polygons and a little less restraint.

Dark Souls. Plenty of exploration, bombs, arrows, and shields.

Maybe give Beyond Good and Evil or Psychonauts a try. They aren't exactly like Zelda, but will probably appeal to your tastes.

Alundra on PS1 is a pretty great 2D-Zelda style game. Alundra 2 not so much.

Terranigma on SNES, but coming up with a copy of that might be hard considering its western release was Europe only.

3D Dot Heroes definitely. I like the Ys series. Its more an action RPG, but many consider it the Zelda of Playstation. If you like the dungeon crawling aspect try Binding of Isaac. There's also a new game called Delver's Drop that takes a lot of Zelda inspiration.

The Soul Reaver games are basically Tomb Raider + Ocarina.

Some say that Okami is pretty similar to Twilight Princess.
