It's the real weather at the moment, yes. But I don't think it actually updates the weather, the guy who made it (GB user whom I can't remember, sorry Rainmeter skin-guy) said there were some problems with that and I haven't checked to see if he's updated it since. And searching around, it seems it hasn't been updated to work. Here it is in case anyone wanted it

Thanks for that link dude. Found some great Scott Pilgrim ones, but I scrolled down and half naked chicks. Awesome lol.
Sums up how I felt when watching the new 2nd Eva movie. New character felt a bit unnecessary and took away some valuable screen time for 'someone' else.
