It would be a boring Sims rip off with some action thrown in it. Unfortunately it got banned in every country.

The protype was never finished.  It basically ended up being a sequence of QTEs.

Dragon Quest VIII would be a cool world to be in.  Go around killing monsters, turn based style.  Exploring the huge world.  Another fun world would be Street Fighter.  Get to kick some ass with Ryu and throw fireballs and do hurricane kicks.

You know, now that I think about it, the little girl in my heart would love a life like Pokemon--if you'll excuse the extreme nerdiness of that.

You gotta admit, it would be fun.

A persona style game, minus the RPG elements

My life would be an RPG, so I could save at certain points and redo things if I wanted.  Also, I'd be able to look up the answers to my tests in an internet FAQ.
