@Gav47: Definitely can't hate on that, looks good. I'm guessing you just found the bigger versions of the icons on the interwebs?
This is what I've got going on lately. I also made a Batman Batman Batman wallpaper, but it just doesn't look as good as my current one. No icons, taskbar blends in pretty well at the bottom.
@wrathofconn: Can I be provided with a link to the bear wallpaper, I really like it.
For real, all of you, how can ur desktops look so clean, mine looks like this: (Well this is one of my desktops, I have Linux and Windows running my desktop and laptop)
@ectoplasma: Here's a link, just hit 'view full size' at the top right of the image and you should be good to go. As for cleaning up the desktop, I just have all my important programs in the top quick-launch-ish portion of the start menu, I use Steam to launch games, and I choose to hide desktop icons and the taskbar. If you're someone who just saves things like downloads to the desktop fairly often, this may not work so well, but if you can handle having all that stuff in My Documents then it will go pretty smoothly.
Persona 3 Portable desktop! I like to keep stuff off the desktop, but that just results in a cluttered taskbar, but oh well, I like how it looks at the moment.
