Sonic Boom Six, granted they don't fit in with the bands you listed but I think they don't get enough publicity.

if you like blur try a bit of pulp, or maybe elastica.

for something a bit more modern, 'the good, the bad and the queen' maybe. mainly cos it's got the guy from blur though

I see you have Radiohead on that list, I would suggest Thom Yorkes solo EP, The Eraser.

Look into the bands Bloc Party are inspired by.
Specifically, the albums Entertainment by Gang of Four and White Music by XTC

If you like old-school Incubus, check out Mr. Bungle.

I will just list all the bands/artists that I like, because there aren't very many of them.

Radiohead,
Clinic,
PJ Harvey,
Sigur Ros,
and Portishead.

I left out Imogen Heap because I'm not sure you would like that kind of thing.

Excellent album.  Also if you like radiohead, John Frusciante's solo stuff is kind of similar. If you looking for a Frusciante album i would go with The Empyrean, excellent CD.

If your looking for something more rocking i suggest Fugazi, one of the best bands from the 90s. Since you like The White Stripes, i would reccommend the albums 13 Songs, and Repeater  & 3 Songs by fugazi.
