What is your personal nightmare way of dying ?

The worst, most frightening and terrible way to die IMO is to be stranded in the middle of the ocean and attacked by sharks..... my god how much it frightens me and makes me shiver.

Asphyxiation in any way.

Drowning, I almost drowned once and since then it scares the fuck out of me

The best way to die would be to make yourself sleep deprived and then turn the car on in the garage and fall asleep.

The death I know shall happen to me one day: being beaten to death for shamelessly plugging my old blog on this forum.

One of my biggest ones would be freezing to death. I can't stand the cold, so dying from it would just suck.

Ok, you know how they have those tube slides at playgrounds? Well, imagine you're in a tube silde, but instead of going straight and being open on both ends, it circles inward in a spiral and is closed where the exit should be. You get in and go all the way  to the closed off part at the end. Then, a bunch of smelly fat people get in after you, and refuse to move, but not out of any malicious intent. No matter how much you plead with them, they don't see what the problem is. You can't push your way out, you can't break through the tube, and you have no room to move but you're not being crushed to death either. I dunno if I'd starve or suffocate to death, but honestly that part doesn't really matter. 
 
I'm not usually claustrophobic, but for some reason thinking about this always scares the shit out of me.

I wouldn't say there's any single method I most fear but I'd say overall being slowly and painfully tortured to death is probably the worst. While reading through the responses here I did come up with the perfect theme for this thread though:

Slowly running out of  air maybe, sort of like if you were caught under a ton of snow and you couldn't  move or do anything.  Asphyxiation has already been said  =]

In a casket 6 feet under filled with tiny spiders crawling all over.

Finding out the secret everyone is hiding from me, turning everyone against me, and I run and run and run, failing to escape, only to eventually get caught, and burned to death.

Covered in wasps. Crawling into my mouth and my ears, buzzing with their despicable little wings, stinging me all over...

Drowning in a hot water, not hot enough to burn me quickly, but slowly roast me. With some kind of insect with lots of legs crawling over me.

Being Burned to death, that would be fucking awful.

Anything to do with snakes. Falling off of a high place. Not necessarily in a vehicle but like a hotel. Drowning is up there as well.

Buried alive is surely one of the worst.

Any form of drowning, really. Like, being stuck on a sinking ship, in a sinking car or anything like that... christ. I gotta hugehugeHUGE fear of being underwater in the middle of some ocean. Shipwrecks. Those kinda things just freak me out to no end.

I'm really afraid of parasitic things like worms and the things from aliens. And drowning sounds pretty bad.
