I really like songs like "Feel So Numb" by Rob Zombie, "Live Wire" by Motley Crue and "CAlifornia Uber Alles" by Dead Kennedys. But the best song to pump me up is... *sigh* This one:

Either Power by Kanye or some At the Drive In.

90's era Jungle, Darkcore and Drum & Bass will always be my personal high-mark but there is still some good output today, but like you said its the well known, radio-played artists that people associate with the genre.

Ed Rush & Optical's Wormhole is obviously an all time favourite album, Dom's Industry and Back For The Future are also superb.

This song always made me drive way more recklessly and faster and kinda better in Saints Row The Third:

Always gets me head-nodding, if not outright singing along. Just about every song on their album is golden if you like that old school-ish hip-hop taste btw. Fun stuff.

some interesting choices, some really bad choices and some disturbing choices here. anyone who does not get pumped up by "Chocolate Rain" and nothing else is clearly not a 2007-era internet nerd, and has no place here, so piss of. also, anything by College or Futurecop! is acceptable.

The beginning with the guitar and percussion just melts me. Then the playful little bassline. Then the soothing lyrics. Then it just hits you right in the face. This song is my "Desperado" (Seinfeld fans...).
