Never More, Heaven, I'll Face Myself, and every boss theme, although I'll Face Myself -Battle- is my least favorite boss theme, and Reach Out to The Truth, of course.
My favorite songs are Long Way, The Almighty, and The Genesis.
The Genesis, I think, was particularly good, not because it was so different from the tone of the rest of the soundtrack, but because it felt so perfect for the boss fight. Its tone and feel compliment the imposing form of the boss. Linking a Youtube video of the song only just wouldn't have the same effect.
And Long Way was my favorite dungeon theme because of its mix of piano and violin music that for some reason gave me a very nostalgic feeling, like it was the sort of tone that I had heard in a game or possibly an anime years and years ago. An odd feeling to have considering the design of the dungeon itself, but that's just the way I felt.

It's just classic, intense final dungeon music like our grandmothers used to make.
I'll Face Myself, The Almighty, A New World Fool, Signs of Love, Backside of the TV, Awakening, Corridor. I'm usually all about the battle themes though, since Shoji Meguro really rocks those going all the way back to Nocturne.
@Hailinel: But if you liked The Genesis for the feeling it gave to what you were facing, wouldn't you also like Corridor for the tone it sets for the dungeon you are in? I thought those two songs in particular fit in perfectly with the situation you are in at the moment. But I wouldn't listen to those songs elsewhere because that's the purpose of those songs: setting the tone.
@FluxWaveZ: Very true. Corridor is peaceful, yet foreboding. It's a perfect compliment to The Genesis. Yet it never really stuck with me the same way that Long Way has.
I think "Your Affection" is actually really catchy. And "Aria of the Soul" is really quite impressive when you can separate it from the occasionally tedious process of fusions.
I definitely loves me some Backside of the TV - the driving, marching quality of it rocks. I'll Face Myself, Pursuing My True Self, Reach Out to the Truth are all great, too. Oh, and Like a Dream Come True is great when you need some jaunty Jap pop brass in your life.
Heaven or Heartbeat Heartbreak. Can't really decide which one is the better. Heartbeat Heartbreak is very catchy, but Heaven is really peaceful and relaxing.
Heavan by far, lyricly it's cleaverly depressing also has a kick ass chours.

Mist (The Fog) and New World Fool have amazing guitar breaks
I guess my last favroite has to go to Signs Of Love because of that trademark Shoji Meguro sound
There are alot of great music on the Persona 4 soundtrack, it has to be one of my favriotes of all time. But it still probley doesnt touch the Persona 3 soundtrack

Yeh I guess ppl have been around for the other persona games for quite som time and have learned to appreciate the music a lot more. For me, well P4 was the introduction :)

Persona 4 was also my introduction, so I doubt that has anything to do with it.
@FluxWaveZ: Actually, the pop-music styles that were used in P3 and P4 were new to the series. If you compare the soundtracks for the original Persona and the PSP remake, they're almost completely different because Meguro updated the soundtrack to be thematically similar to that of the later games.
@Hailinel: Yeah, but maybe if he had been around to play the older Persona games and listen to that music, he would appreciate the newer style even less because of his love for the older music.
