Did I just learn about the history of boxing?

Man I wish I'd gone underwater before I listened to the podcast because man that would be really amazing if I hadn't been told about it. Still amazing game though. I don't think it would've made my list (and knock CrashMo off? No way!) but it's impressive all the same.

Bug Mars was awesome, still got stuck in the text adventure partially due to it being midnight when playing it for the first time & tired. Wonderful flash game & one of the few out there I like out if the endless number of shallow flash games.

it's super cool. Without Brad I would have never got to play this insanity of a game.

I'm so glad I played this before listening to the Bombcast. I saw it mentioned on a couple of the features and though "maybe there is something to this" and checked it out. I loved every second of it. It's incredibly bizarre and hilarious at the same time. I spent probably a good 30 minutes in the first area just swapping out the auto-lock feature waiting for something to happen. Then, just like they said on the Bombcast, I held 'down' a little too long and accidentally went under water. Sadly, the audio cut out before I even got into space so I played most of it in silence. I just went back and replayed some of it to hear the awesome music and boxing 'facts'. What a wonderfully weird game.

Yes, played it because Brad had put it in his God damn Top 10 list. I just had to know what is it that was so great about it. Actually I'm still playing it cause I'm stuck at the

part and I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

yeah, i gave it a shot after listening to the Bombcast yesterday. I ended up playing it for maybe half an hour. It was wacky and all, but I don't see what the big deal is. I got pretty damn bored by it, to be honest. Some nice little bits of humor and goofiness, but actually playing it was dull and unenjoyable to me.

Played it and it's pretty cool I guess? Maybe GB spoiled it for me but I didn't think it was THAT great. To me it seems more like a very neat game with some cool ideas and surprises but nothing major that you will remember in a month or so.

Why? It was just a scene in a courtroom. What made you think of Ace Attorney?

Wish I knew about it before the bomb cast but it was still a neat game with a lot of absurd twists.

I played a bit, but then I decided that I wasn't enjoying it in the slightest (not even ironically). I then ended up watching a playthrough; I will admit that there were a fair few 'heh' moments. Anyway, I think weird is only done right when there's method to the madness; to me this just seemed like it was just 'random' for the sake of being 'so random'. Is there actually a much deeper meaning that I've glossed over?

What is video game?

Before the GOTY podcasts I hadn't heard of it. I'm going to play it tonight after work. Though I do wish that I didn't have the reveal spoiled for me.

yea, heard all the talk during the GOTY podcast day one and took a break and played through this masterpiece.

Simply amazing....

I did. Started playing it late last night and about ten minutes in I thought "ok, not getting why this is such a big deal. I can go underwater, so what" ten minutes after that when I was sitting in a courtroom questioning whether I was having a fever dream, I got it.

I don't know if I was doing something wrong, but I must have played 20 levels once you hit the bullet hell stuff and it just seemed to keep going and going and going so I shut it off.

Got up to the text adventure part, loved that bit, thought the cave diving dragon bit was too drawn out and boring. But then I accidently closed the window and couldn't be bothered to play the game again to try and complete it, oh well, its a fun little game, I don't see any GOTY potential in it though.

Just beat it after hearing about some of it on the Day One podcast (just started listening to them) and holy shit I don't know what I just played. It's messed up and yet absolutely brilliant. Happy I played it.

If you get bored one day you really should try to complete it you missed some of the best stuff.

I thought it was decent up until the underwater boxing part...then it lost my interest. I used a guide for the text adventure and the rest didn't do much for me.

I dunno if I really "played" it but I got to the part where you're the president and it started up that Drug Wars type of minigame - at which point I checked out. I think it's a really neat idea and having the big secret spoiled definitely affected my enjoyment of it but I wouldn't really group it together in any GOTY lists.

Played it after hearing of it on Idle Thumbs here but I'm glad the bombers picked up on on it too, great game thats genuinely hilarious.

I did. I might have been a bit too tired for that kind of humor. I will try to revisit it some day.

Yeah, I think most of the game's fun is in the surprise and I didn't get that cause of the cast. Still a neat idea though

I don't really have the nostalgia that many other people have, but I enjoyed the lunacy, and the boxing monologue diving sequence was down right magical.

amusing goofy flash game. But a top ten game of the year? Man I can't agree with that at all.

Freaking love it. Its still hilarious to me and I've must've gone through about 3 or 4 times. I've put more time into it than some other "real" games this year. And I have to show it to as many people as I can, which is more than I can say for some other games *cough ME3 cough*.

I remember them mentioning it on the Bombcast a little bit back but what really got me to play it was the attention it got in the GoTY content. I'd probably never have heard of it otherwise.

I played it, but didn't get too far.

I know I'm super late but I just finished Frog Fractions and it was fucking amazing.

I had heard about it from some other podcasts I listen to, but I didn't play it until I saw it on Brad's list.

Glad I played it, but not something I'll ever go back to or ever put on my favorites list (unless that favorites list is "favorite flash/browser games")
