@Binman88: The rear ending is a bigger problem when we drive the same cars, differences in driving style combined with close racing and the will to get past. Felt like there was a bit more contact than usual this week though. As seen on Nürburg where I ruffed my way past you and Frank on the end of one lap in the chicane, and you bumped me slightly (but enough to understeer wide) in the first corner the next lap and you and Frank passed. And then the same thing again for that next lap. :D

Hey guys, good times on Saturday. I've just devoted a precious button on my bookmark bar to this thread for quick access, so now you know I'm serious. I also found an actual keyboard I'll be using for the chat. Anyway, I'll be there for this week's race, but as I've never gotten into rally in GT, I'll assuredly suck huge shit-ass. Would a Ford RS200 be an acceptable car? Love that thing. ;)

Rally in GT is about not going too fast. Grip is a precious commodity on a loose surface, and it should be highly valued by the driver. You have to set up your turns well in advance. Drifting through corners is very important. Trying to grip though a corner is going to put you into the wall.

Turn out - Turn in - E Brake - Counter steer - lay on the power.

I was on for a little bit grinding some easy money waiting to see if people would log on, but then I got too bored before anyone else got online and I switched to playing Street Fighter for the day.

Frank is busy for the next two weeks. So next week would be messing around week as well if people log on.

We should actually organize activities for the next racenight. Maybe not a full race series like we normally do but maybe we should just put together a few fun races to do. Like one race can be 80s 450pp on Deep forest raceway. Another could be 650pp supercars on suzuka. and so on and so on. Maybe each of us can come up with one.

@eroticfishcake: I would be willing to go along with your crazy idea if it meant that I also got to do my own crazy idea ten minuets later. Everyone should have a chance to be the race organizer. I say just don't make it super specific unless you can be sure everyone has a car for it.

I just crashed less than you. I say our overall driving was similar. But I usually play it safe when I am afraid I might crash. Which Is why I didn't get first place on Leige.
