The Pretty Patties were the colored Krabby Patties that ended up turning people's tongues and bodies different colors (Like poor Nik_NYG)

That salad burger was something different that I think Pearl came up with

I love how originally they tried to follow the laws of physics underwater, then slowly moved towards disregarding them completely. Things didn't catch fire at first, then they just stopped caring. Probably when they realized nobody watching the show was old enough to understand.

I remember in one of the episodes of Spongebob they actually named all of the ingredients in a Krabby Patty.
