I would have to say Wendy's

In and Out are the best by far... Too bad they're only in California.

As for what I actually have around me... I'd have to go with Wendy's. Jack in the Box is really good too, but again, nothing around me.

If we're limiting ourselves to the big national chains, like McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's, and not counting the obviously superior made-to-order joints like In-N-Out or 5 Guys Burgers, I have to go with Burger King.

The Western Whopper (onion ring, cheddar, BBQ sauce) is absolutely fantastic.  Even the basic Whopper is pretty damn good...and this is coming from a guy that hates fast food.

McDonalds makes the best hamburgers, BK makes the best chicken burgers.

Of the big 3, Burger King is where it's at.

Overall, I would probably say A&W.

Definitely Hardee's here on the East Coast.

I don't really like anybody's burgers around here.But my favorite would be McDonalds although I hate everything else of there's,except the milkshakes.

Overall, Carls Jr. makes the best burgers. Their new fries are also pretty kick-ass.

In N Out by far makes the best fast food burger it really isn't a question

I know it´s not a burguer, but for the record I wanna say that I love Subway´s sandwiches

Burger King probably has the beat burgers and restaurants for bathing as well. 

Burger King, MAX are pretty awesome too, but you can't find them in the US. :P

i had myself a cheese burger (they named it something weird so i dont quite remember what the called it) at a Quick, not sure if you have that chain in the US.
Anyway the bums where really good, big fluffy, they even smelled fresh, also the burger it self was pretty big, the meat was perhaps 3times as thick as those big macs from macdonalds and the lettuce tasted like heaven.
I recommend trying it out

The best there is.

Whataburger is A #1, i heard in n out is comparable, but NOTHING beats it.

Wendy's, by far.

Don't have any Carls, Whata, In n Out, or Jack in the Box anywhere around here, just for the record.

A & W.  The one near by won an award for best service of all A & W's.  They have your food ready before you have any money out.

I love Harvey's (Canada) or LIck's.

Here in the UK, I'd say Burger King do the better burgers, however they're significantly more expensive than McDonald's.

Burger King. Although keep in mind I do live in England so my choices are somewhat limited.

BK wins for me. McDonald's is great for cheap burgers and such though. A nice alternative.
