    LEGO Rock Band is a family-friendly take on the Rock Band formula, with new songs aimed at audiences of all ages. While the game will play similarly to other Rock Band games, it will feature LEGO characters, instruments, and venues.

    David Bowie and Iggy Pop to be characters in LEGO Rock Band.

    Seriously though, I really could have seen this coming. It's a game with Legos for god sake, and you know that they will model characters for it. Personally, I'm awaiting the Dave Grohl Lego avatar. How do you fell now that Rock Band is modeling after real rockers? Do you think they can get away with it since it's a Lego game? Besides the Beatles, they never really modeled real musicians before. But, again, it's a Lego game.

    Meh, it was only a matter of time before Bowie came into Lego Rock Band. I mean, he did make Iggy who he was >_> <_< >_> As the Bombcast claims, both are pretty odd choices to model after in a more kid-oriented game (Iggy especially). Assuming that's who LEGO Rock Band's targeting to. Still, whatever, instabuy. Especially if I can get my Bowie in my Star Wars/Indiana Jones/ Batman somehow.

    This was mentioned on the Bombcast so anyone that cared could have done it already. I'm probably not going to buy Lego Rock Band, it seems like something I don't need. I just got my ION drums though so it would be cool to have even more songs to play... I'm conflicted.

    I just thought of a excellent business idea! Movies by Uwe Boll that goes on the DVD/Blu Ray shelves for rent comes with a free inflatable human-sized punch bag with Uwe Boll's face on it when purchased. It should also be noteworthy that if they reform all film classification boards, someone should enforce a new law where a Uwe Boll movie is made and sold on DVD/Blu Ray racks must have a big fat sticker in front of the case with the following line: "DIRECTED BY UWE BOLL, THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING OR BUYING" and is three times the size of the PEGI classification.
