Is that Admiral Hackett?
The man behind the voice is sexier than I expected.

Mass Effect 2's Arrival DLC Dated, Priced, And Detailed
Ooh, exciting. :D I hope it's as good, if not better than, the Shadow Broker DLC. No matter what happens I will of course be buying it anyway, even if it's not right away.
" So, when does this happen in the story? Before or after the final mission? "I'm guessing after, so I hope your Shepard survived.
" So, when does this happen in the story? Before or after the final mission? "Obviously after, since it's pegged to tie into ME3 with the beginning of the Reaper Invasion, or at least giving us a strong estimate as to when they'll arrive. If it's anything like the Liar of the Shadow Broker, though, it'll still allow you to play it before you undertake the suicide mission, and would most likely offer some dialogue alterations.
Bioware seem to get how much new DLC should cost, other companies would want 800MSP from us, so this's cool.
And I'm looking forward to this!
so everybody feels revenge against Batarians? why do you hate? anyway, it's too early to tell that 'Arrival' DLC is the final. Bioware said that they will deliver 3 more DLC before ME 3 in 2011. so far we've got two (including Arrival). very last one will be coming september or october I guess. but nobody knows whether it will be story based or just package. I just finger cross.
"@General_D23 said:Yeah, the hell up with that. I don't remember Hackett looking like that at all in the first game." Hackett looks eerily similar to Zaeed. Weird. "
EDIT: wait, no, I'm thinking of Mikhailovich. The guy who inspects your ship.
Anyway..."
All "old" characters look pretty similar in this game, it's the graphics engine i think.
THIS is Admiral Mikhailovich. I'm pretty sure the guy in Arival is Hackett.
" I feel extremely bad for asking this, since I played and loved the first game (even played it twice), but who's Admiral Hackett again? "Awesomely gruff Alliance Admiral who hands you a lot of the many side quests in the original Mass Effect, voiced by Lance Henrikson. You never saw him, though, and was only known through voice until now.
" @Bobstar said:Oh, well that explains it. Didn't really bother to check or do any of the side-quests in ME1. All of that changed in ME2 though." He's also one of the first voices you hear in the beginning of the game. Having an off-screen conversation with Anderson and Udina.
