Meat Boy is the main playable character in Super Meat Boy. He is a boy with no skin who pursues Dr. Fetus in hopes of rescuing his girlfriend, Bandage Girl.

Overview

The main protagonist and titular character of Super Meat Boy, Meat Boy has incredible speed and jumping abilities and, due to his nature, leaves splatters of blood everywhere he goes. Boyfriend to Bandage Girl and enemy to the evil Dr. Fetus for reasons unknown, Meat Boy is perhaps the greatest block-shaped hero without skin that the world has ever known!
