I would easily guess that Two-Face would be the LOGICAL continuation for the story, but you have all those imbeciles that saw The Dark Knight and assume that Two-Face is dead.  Nonetheless, they accentuate A LOT that HARVEY DENT is dead...not Two-Face.  Personally, I take it as a metaphorical phrase and not literal...but the average movie going audience that made TDK the hit that it was will automatically try to call bullshit.  "
