    Most Wanted? 1

This is an arcade racing game that takes place in an open city. Looks quite good, cars get scratched but the damage doesn't affect their performance. Let's you drive real cars, upgrade them and has some options to customize their look, not as extensive but at least it has some. What I liked:Story driven game... not much of a story really but, the fact that you have a purpose to race instead of just winning cups like others. The police can chase you adding something extra to the races.Difficulty r...

    Thrills and Hilarity Ensue... 2

Need for Speed: Most Wanted acts as an injection of freshness that the series needed after the Underground games. Those games, and other franchises, have stretched the tuner scene pretty thin. They also lacked any real police presence, a key feature of earlier series entries and an omission that didn’t do the games any favors. This latest iteration rectifies that mistake and puts a good foot forward for the new generation of consoles. In Most Wanted, you play as a no-name racer in Rockport taking...

Most Wanted is one of the best racing games around 0

EA have been churning out Need for Speed games for ages now and some could say the series is now getting dry and crusty, and they need to just hide the license in a cupboard. I say that's rubbish, and Need for Speed Most Wanted is the best in the NFS series so far - and that's saying something. The game has two main modes - career and challenge. Career sees you taking the role of a street racer who is slowly trying to make his way up the blacklist to become the ultimate racer. The number one blac...

Incredible underdeveloped and disappointing in parts 0

Need for Speed: Most Wanted is an arcade racing game released in 2005 by EA. On the technical side the PC version of the game is a bit of a mixed bag. While the racing graphics themselves still hold up suprisingly well, over five years later, thanks to it's pseudo-HDR and motion blur effects , the game lacks support for widescreen forcing a 4:3 aspect ratio. On the control side the game lacks native Xbox360 controller support and only supports it via DirectInput, which requires manual configurat...

Outrunning the law can be surprisingly fun. 0

Originally, I had no desire to get Need for Speed: Most Wanted. I was never a big fan of the NFS franchise so I never had any reason to read upon Most Wanted. Nevertheless, I decided to try out the demo offered on XBL. Low and behold, the game -- or rather the police chases -- hooked me.Graphically, the game isn't anything spectacular. You definitely get the sense that this is a port and, for me at least, the framerate seems a little off. I dunno -- I can tell it's running smoothly, but somethin...

Most Wanted is a solid and diverse racing game. 0

When it comes to racing games, I’m not particularly wooed by those that bill the police chases as a primary feature, so initially I had pretty low expectations for Need for Speed: Most Wanted. That’s not the only reason though, as I’m reviewing it a half decade later the series now has hit a low point it would seem. The general consensus nowadays is that the series has worn its welcome and should take a few years off. Most Wanted seems like a collage of racing games, it doesn’t want to do just ...

Solid Need for Speed with a nice dose of new gameplay elements. 0

In 2003 Need for Speed Underground was being released, and it was awesome. You got the chance to drive cars you otherwise wouldn't even touch in real life at incredible speeds you wouldn't even dream of achieving. It had that "Fast and Furious" kind of charm, you start the game, get a cheap-ass car, start racing, tune the ride, improve the car, more speed, more tracks, and so on. Need for Speed: Most Wanted comes after the second Underground and it's clear this really shouldn't be named simply ...

Best Need For Speed Game I have played 0

This game is based on a GT Street Racing Style. This Game Delivers allot of action you can cruise around the city find races beat blacklists. And the best part of the game the intense police chases i think this game is the best in the series because you can drive over 30 fast licensed car. And you can customise your car with allot of uprades. When you beat single player you can play other challenge's to win new cars. The Graphics looks pretty real on the 360 but if you have a Hd tv you will see a...

    Hot Pursuit+Underground+Burnout=Most Wanted 0

Need for Speed Most Wanted is the first game in the series to appear on the Xbox 360. I reviewed the game on the original Xbox playing the Black Edition. The game is better then NFS Underground 2 in some ways but it's worse in other ways. They really concentrate on the whole story thing in Most Wanted. They dabbled in it a little in NFSU2 with the Brooke Burke hosted comic book style story but in this game it's full motion video "real time esque" actors. They put some filter over the video that ...

The idea was there but the product does not deliver fully 0

The concept of this game is great. Everyone loves the idea of trying to outrun the cops.First the bad.If you are looking for realism you are not at the right place. Your car can hit a transport at 200mph and continue driving. This is ok and adds length to the car chases but you do not have to do any thinking other then avoiding spike strips. The front of your car is a perfect square! What do I mean by that? Well if you happen to hit a guard rail or a wall or something similar you have to back up ...

need for speed most wanted review 0

Well need for speed most wanted is pretty good the cars are awesome i like the new black list and the my cars playlist and music is cool and i think it's one of the best need for speed sequels, but the fact that it is always raining and is always half sunny out side i mean that s so freaking annoying and the cops are sooo gay they are blind and can barely keep up with you most the time and they well like 17 of them come out of now where infronyt of you its like Wtf!! where did theyc ome from cra...

The best arcade racer out there. 0

EA took a different approach on the Need For Speed franchise when they decided to go with the street racing culture (credits to "The Fast & The Furious") in Underground. The formula worked pretty well, offering some decent car customization and upgrades as you progress through the game.  They also introduced a pretty much boring open world in Underground 2 and leave most of the original features intact.  For Most Wanted, fans pretty much expecting the same. However EA somehow managed to give...

Good, but way too challenging 0

This game was great and had a lot of fun beating all the blacklist members but when I got to blacklist #9, it got way too challenging but I was able to beat them, I also did not like how you had to get the black edition to get the camaro ss. NFSMW did have a great challenge mode where you could unlock new things for arcade cars and career mode....
