@AhmadMetallic: Yeah, in the end, I think you were fairly spot on.
I'd bet most Max Payne fans will enjoy it as a whole thanks to the combat (especially playing with M+KB) and there are some funny nods in here to the first two games that are really cool, but I'm not finding the setting or the story to be as interesting as before.
Some nice writing I think. Even though that's also pretty different, I've heard some pretty good lines so far.
You guys are both right. Mainly because between the both of you, you had a nice discussion, listened to each other, took in what everyone else said. Didn't have an agenda to be right, more so bounced ideas of of each other, when some thing didn't stick one of yous didn't try and make it stick. Or stick your fingers in your ears and ignore things, then come back and argue the same point everyone has pointed out is erroneous biased and not even a valid point several times over. You had a good discussion that I think its puts most points to rest. We can all be calm and nice to each other.
I just wish people would be more flexible and allow views thoughts and opinions be changed when they make sense. AhmadMetallic I was surprised when you had a turn around with the well put model of If Rockstar is at fault then Rocksteady and Bethesda are also at fault. For being the ones that do what they do the best. We admit they are not perfect however when the next best thing is poor in comparison. It is because we expect LEAPS and MAJOR BOUNDS between games. Cant a game just be a good game without having to restructure a company from what it is good at?
You both have argued the point of the OP better, and due to your back and forth we have a modicum of sense.
