I would like to see the online achievements for said games to be unlocked  for free as they are no longer supported, via an update of course, would be a nice thank you from the company for your support of said games, that have achievements for ps3 and 360.

Well that's one way to alienate new players. How do they expect the community to grow if they keep kicking those who got the game for free. What valve have done is to be commended, i wish more companies would do this from time to time with some of their older games. It's a good way to get more people onto your service. There will always be people who will never be satisfied, you want to kill your game off then alienate player who got the game for free; really smart move on your part. 

i thought this was already happening in games, Homefront locks you at level six unless you enter the code to unlock the rest of the online features, or you can buy an online pass on xbla marketplace, LA Noire another game with an online pass for more content which you have to pay for, Mortal kombat again same deal, althought both MK and LA Noire with these passes your getting the dlc already paid for. I can see this catching on as we are being subjected to it already.

I can see activison's cod title after mw3.  COD: Company at war. The villan  Bobby Kotick(cat stroking) laughs "now we have destroyed the guitarhero genre, i hope we can milk the douchebag gamers with this new rehashed cod:mw3","it's the same game we made 2 times before with some new features which are old idea's". He laughs and says "i want to rule the world haha ha ha(in his best doctor evil laugh)".  Zampella and west upon hearing this want no part of his plan start a courtroom battle. See the e3 demo of this explosive action in 2012 were you play unnamed ace attourney(due to copy right infringement cannot be named).

Not interested in this wii upgraded console. Bit of a disappointment they didn't give us a totally new console. Why does name sound like ryu?

I kinda wanted to see how the tekken dudes move and fight in this game, instead they just show a bunch of street fighter dudes just beating up on tekken folks :P

I don't buy games for the achievement's, I don't mind them as they can be fun as well or add a little something to a game that maybe you wouldn't normally try or do in a game. The only thing i hate about them is when they have rediculas ones, e.g. be number 1 in the world on a ranked leader board, or go through an entire level with a weapon that has limited ammo in a set time which is close or just that little bit impossible to do, because they keep respawning the same enemies in front of you ever 2 yards(call of duty for example).  
 
To me there should be two achievements sides of a game, The main achievements for single player which apply to your gamerscore and give you the full 1000pts etc, but with no multiplayer achievements applied to you getting that score(exception to rule on this is something like brink or battlefield as they are multiplayer based). The multiplayer ahievements apply to the multiplayer side of the game only with no affect on your gamerscore and only apply for in game xp, (battlefield for example getting 5 kill with a knife or being the best player on your squad).  
 
I don't want to play multiplayer on everygame i buy; so multiplayer achievements should only be for the online side and in game only, not for the full gamer score(with the exception of those games i mentioned as an example) 

Glad to see more snark from GiantBomb about this game even though it is innovative and is actually makign real strives to teach you a instrument instead of selling you a cheap guitar at a 200% profit with no real training tools.

Even if you delete them, you can re-download them again for free as you already own them, you won't get charged again,the same way you can re-download titles on steam . They are linked to your account and for Live they are always in your download history. I have downloaded my xbla titles on to my new xbox with no hassle at all and just transferred the licences via the website. I think its the same on psn as i've seen ps1 games i bought and deleted still there for re downloading.

WTF they have got to be joking. This is an insult to the brothers in arm series. @Origina1Penguin, no it's not finished, still got the winter of 44 battle of the bulge to fight in the ardenne forest. they have not done that part of the story yet.
