" Great hints! Got all of them. To summarize for those of you just joining:

1-4) Pac-Man ain't afraid of these ghosts.
5) This Mario character would have probably been better off with Rick Morranis in Little Shop of Horrors.
6) I diggged, perhaps even dug, my way to this last monster.

Wait... what sixth one? The first clue and second clue is all of the answers.

Also I feel Dragon Quest's iconic character is a missed opportunity here.

I mean.... I really hate whoever it is who writes these quests. More often than not it's not a situation where you look back and go "Oh, that's a clever puzzle". It's usually "Why the hell does that even make sense?".

You have to solve the quest to figure out the clue. Vice versa for fuck's sake.

" @TurboMan:  Except there's a digitized voice that speaks up for you when you do stuff.  Admittedly, that would make Gordon Freeman a much more interesting character, but I don't think Valve would go for it. "
If forced to guess... I'd imagine your voice is encoded using some pretty straight forward technology. You could probably hack your character's voice with whatever you'd like.

Why hasn't this happened already!? "
I've contacted Whiskey Media. Expect an announcement next week. "

Oh good. I spent WAAAY too much time this morning assuming I'd have to build a proof of concept with excerpts from the podcast and their character pics. The one thing that seemed like a homerun idea would be in-game achievements linked to the Giant Bomb quest system.

I feel our avatars are kindred spirits. Pretty sure we find someone with Gene Simmons to form Voltron.

Green Screen, Cameras, Microphones...
Seems to me the Giant Bomb crew has all the tools necessary to create...

Yeah, while searching Record of Lodoss War on Youtube it was all pretty much entirely anime stuff coming up.    No idea if the anime series was any good. "
Eh. A lot of stuff was relative in the early 90's. You'd get what you could from catalogs and small sections in the back of music stores. Today you download anime for free the day after it comes out. Back then you had to decide i you wanted to spend $19.99 for dubbed or $29.99 for subtitled. All on shitty VHS.

I remember paying WAY too much for that box set. Maybe $150, possibly more. It was like 8 VHS tapes that they were produced only for distribution on home media (OAV/OVA). I think I watched it once.

Giant bomb went crazy, posted it like 3 times and would only let me delete one. I had to flag the other for deletion.

The Tron: Evolution: The Video Game: The Battle Grids: The Game Quick Look has made me wonder... is there a consensus on what is the best light cycle game?

Tron arcade style I'm sure is a solid performer, but it's also neigh ancient. Are there photocyclical aficionados out there?
