Same as many others, I'll get it for both. There aren't many games (if any other than DS at all) I would buy for both console and PC, but this franchize is the BOMB.

I wholeheartedly agree. I didn't make it past the introduction part of AC3, where you play as that adult, most uninteresting person ever, man. I was incredibly turned off by allmost every aspect of that game. I'm one of those who can't keep playing a game if the start don't "pull me in", and boy if the start in AC3 did anything it was to push me AWAY. Black Flag had me from the first seconds I started playing, and it hasn't let go since. The world is amazing and even something so boring as sailing from point A to point B is exciting. Just writing and reading about it right now makes me want to jump back in to cintinue exploring and progressing through the story. The game is simply put incredibly captivating and fun!

I moved 2 weeks ago. Just secure the PC somewhere in the car where it won't move and that's basically it. If you're a bit paranoid, you can allways make sure that the objects besides the PC is something soft. PCs are pretty sturdy, after all.

@spankingaddict: As someone who didn't know what Stanley Parable was before it got a MASSIVE media attention before, and right after, realese... I don't really feel like that's a overlooked game, in any way.

Aren't bonfires kinda long away from some of the bosses right from the getgo? The walk to the Taurus demon or whatever the first boss was called took some time, because you had to fight many enemies with starter gear. You should consider dropping some points into vit so you can survive attacks though, that way it becomes easier to do bosses in less then 5 tries. Also: the bonfire close to Manus is like a short, combat-less stroll to the fog gate...

IMO Skate went downhill after the first one. The first one was amazing, and the second and third had some nice ideas, but they were executed badly and they removed a lot of fun stuff... Also: Skate needs openworld freeroam multiplayer. And by NEEDS, I mean that I really REALLY wanted it in all 3 of them and never got it the way I wanted. Still though, what a fucking great game the first one was... Sigh, the memories

@rustyh: Dude, it's really easy for us to see that you opened another thread for this same exact thing, then abandoned it and started this. There are so many people here that are trying to help you, you should really answer to some of the other questions they have instead of trying to be a smartass to one of them. Here is your last thread, go back to it and actually look at what people answered, it's filled with some really good advices!

I get that fairly often, though it rarely lasts for a long time. Sometimes, a game just goes horribly wrong for me, and my decisions and positions will make even the dumbest players chuckle/sigh. I've invested well over 1000 hours in the game, and I consider myself decent most of the time, but when a bad game like the one I described happens, then I just have to take a break so I don't mentally fall apart during the next game (Note: when I do something wrong I get fairly frustrated at myself, so if I keep playing I end up being so internally mad that I stop caring enough about the game)

I never understood why TLoU is so highly rated. The story is one of those "Get from point A to point B, then a twist or something else mindblowing at B". The characters and basically all of the interactions were great, they really were, but the story itself was just lacking IMO. The combat is extremely repetetive and dull, just like any Naughty Dogs game, and tends to become a drag fairly early on in the game. As many has pointed out, the stealth is really not that good either. The upgrade/leveling system is OK, I wouldn't say it's bad, but I don't think it's big and immersive enough to be really good either. Myself, as you can probably guess from complaints, did not enjoy TLoU too much. It was OK, I don't regret playing it, but I could never play it again. I really get why so many people like it, the interactions are in my opinion the best one I've ever experienced in a game, and the world is amazing and intriguing. What I don't get is why it's so highly RATED. As of the online, the fact that basically nobody mentions it is proof enough. It's not bad, it's not great and it makes basically no impact and gets heavily outweight by the singleplayer.

I personally loved Infinite, WAY more than TLoU, but I can also see why many would claim that it's overrated. Even though it's my GOTY, I can clarely see that it has it's fair shair of flaws. What I can say is that if you tried to play it and didn't likte it, I don't think you will suddenly start to like it after a while. The game doesn't change that much throughout, even though the combat scenarios will differ in what skills you have, the surroundings and skyhooks. I guess you CAN try to powerhouse your way into the game just so you can experience and MAYBE fall in love with it like some others, but no game is worth playing if you dislike it. My opinion, all of it, of course.
