Well the games wouldnt be like modern warefare 2 or anything, just some kinect games and future max payne 3, I would also use a bunch of the apps but not a lot of voice chat, paying 35 dollars still seems steep.

Is it still worth it despite all the adds, i would use my xbox mainly for the social features and netflix and no multiplayer besides a couple games.

Sim city 4 is great but a little complicated for beginners, I would try out sim city 2000 that is on GOG and go from there onto 4.

Cycling, basketball and running of course those 3 aren't that fun with 100% humidity outside. So when its that, swimming and or the gym. Also when did girls like longboarding, I've never seen it here but skateboarding isn't much better for me, I always try an Ollie and I fall straight on my ass.

I don't know if I remember correctly but they make you read the illustrated Man in honors classes sophomore year in my high school. Anyway RIP, he lived a long life that people will remember him by and that's all you can really hope for in the end along with the love of family.
