How much nudity, sex etc is this in this game? I don't want her to thinks I only bought the game because it has babes and nudity in it. And I really don't want her to start complaining a lot about the types of games I'm playing.
What is she your mother? If I felt uncomfortable doing something as meaningless as playing Duke Nukem in front of the girl I'm dating I wouldn't be dating here.
There weren't really any big multi-platform releases to compete with it this week and they cleverly released it before most of the reviews came out in the UK. Interested to see how it does in the states and how harshly it drops next week.
The only way that people with a choice will choose to play third party games on the Wii U is if they have a fully integrated persistent profile at the system level that every game has to be compatible with. I don't mean a half-arsed friends code based halfway home (stand up 3DS) but a proper competitor to the gamertag with some form of achievement/trophy system and a proper marketplace style store. If they skimp on the OS and related features yet again it will really bite them in the ass this time.
Based off interviews it doesn't seem to be this way lol. It seems that each game publisher have open reins to do w/e online thing. So Origins on Wii U is quite possible T_T.
And with no on board harddrive, I'm pretty sure there will not be retail titles for digital distribution.
But do the vast majority of people care about competitive MP with gamertags and what not? Wii's online infrastructure is a joke, yet I still see a few thousand people online for BLOPS. At the very least I do hope nintendo can allow DLC and patches. Wii online games tend to become infested with hacks within a few months and publishers can't really do much about it.
Yes. They absolutely do. Compare a few thousand people with a few million on the other platforms.
If top tier third party games were getting a few thousand sales on the Wii U compared to however many millions on the Microsoft and Sony platforms they would probably decide not to bother porting anything except the absolute top sellers and even they'd be half-assed ports.
Also, anyone with at least one functioning ocular nerve can tell the difference between Blu-Ray and DVD provided the monitor is large enough.

I totally totally loved the original Luigi's Mansion and can't wait to play this one. I've always been a fan of the underdog and a strong supporter of Luigi as the superior Mario Bro.
