How much nudity, sex etc is this in this game? I don't want her to thinks I only bought the game because it has babes and nudity in it. And I really don't want her to start complaining a lot about the types of games I'm playing.

Tell her that all the polygonal naked babes were modeled by geeky,greasy, middle-aged programmers while jerking off to photos of each other's moms. The game is full of cheap nudity and at some point you even get a lap dance from a stripper. 

Watch the new quick look video and decide for yourself.  Personally, I'd feel stupid enough playing it alone, much less with anyone else in the room.

No actual sex, only boobs (and off the top of my head there are only ~3 levels that actually contain boobs) but there are quite a number of sexual references throughout. Also, there's a level set in strip club.

Judging from the Quick Look, BOOBS EVERYWHERE.

Depends on her personality. If you know her well, I don't think it'd be hard to gauge whether this game would offend her or not.

i was recently supporting it and thinking whatever the hell, it's DUKE NUKEM BRING IT ONNN!! but honestly.. it's real shitty. Don't play it around anyone, it's embarrassing

I am willing to bet that the people who are questioning your relationship are not dating anyone.
 
With any relationship there is an amount of give and take. Your girlfriend may be amazing in many ways, but she might be offended or taken back by a crass game. It does not mean that you should find the killer-gamer-chick girlfriend who would love Duke Nukem.   I love my wife dearly, and i know for a fact that she would roll her eyes at this game (it does not mean that "she's my mother" or that i should find a new wife).

There is Strip club section plus the part in Quick look. I dont remember more naked babes.

It might be just me, but hiding something that you love, or like, because the other half might be upset is not a very cool idea. There has to be some privacy in a relationship, still you shouldn't hide from your girlfriend/wife.

Can you? Yes. Should you? No, probably not, especially if it's just going to make you or her uncomfortable. I guess the main difference is (a) whether or not she's generally offended by the kind of humor that defines DNF or (b) whether she would be offended that you were playing it. If the former, then I'm sure you can find something else to play while she's around since it's only considerate. If the latter, I'd suggest that you talk to her about the game and how it's a relic of 90s macho pop culture humor. The biggest mistake you can make is act like you're doing something wrong by playing DNF - it's a damn video game and it's not like you're sitting there watching porn. If you act all sketchy about it it'll only make her think there's something sketchy about it.

Then you should ask yourself "why do I want to play this at all," because it's rather shit. But that's a different topic entirely.

It's pretty much a guilty pleasure game. . . boobs, crass humor, dumb jokes. If you are comfortable exposing your guilty pleasure to someone. . . go for it. If, deep down inside, you feel like a tool for playing this game, play it when she is not around.

Would you look at softcore porn while your girlfriend is in the room, or read a Maxim? But, if the game is as bad as I hear, I'd just avoid it all together. However, it's got some novelty value, considering it's been in development for most of my life. Just play it alone.

Frankly, I would be ashamed to play it in front of anyone judging by what was in the quicklook.

I wouldn't because I felt uncomfortable myself just watching the quick look that Giantbomb did. I will buy and play the game just because... but yeah, I wouldn't probably play it in front of many people.

She might be fine with it. Might even enjoy it. I know a girl who has been looking forward to playing the horrible train wreck that is DNF for a while now.
