Top 100ish Games That I Have Ever Played (as of June 2013)
Figured I might as well post this here, since there's actually a List function and nobody's gonna read it anyways.

[Actually, Real GTA]
[Tie with Trials HD]
[2013]
[1996]
This is the only RTS that I've had any amount of success with. I suck at them. The story mode in Cataclysm grabbed me in a way that caused me to overlook my inability and grind on through to the end. Totally worth it.
Naked piles of bodies everywhere. I sucked at staying stealthy, but if you kill everyone, there's no one left to scream...
Vanquish's main character may be a Solid Snake knock-off and the story may be stupid, shallow and nonsensical, but the speed and scale of the action makes up for those shortcomings and then some.
Also, the train sequence is bonkers.
Ultimate Doom is up there with games that I played for a ridiculous amount of hours, due specifically to its modding community. I liked Doom. I loved limitless expandability and the ability to make my own levels. I don't know how many times I made a level with so many Cacodemons that my computer would crash.
So I never owned an N64 (until a couple years ago) and I never actually finished this game, but what I played, I loved. Which is to say the Battle of Hoth. So good. So, so good.
So I found out like 20 years later that the Wolf3D that I THOUGHT was the whole game was in fact just the freeware teaser, that comprised of the first chapter (which ended with the dude with the dual chainguns).
Either way, I played it a ton, scoured the levels for every secret I could find and loved every minute of it.
Gabe Logan. Badass. If any character was the inspiration for Sam Fisher it was Mr. Logan. I played Syphon Filter shortly after falling in love with Metal Gear Solid and despite their gameplay disparities, it felt like more of that, which was all I wanted.
Also, that dude would shout that he was Marcos. Which was hilarious.
See my statements about Jet Moto 3, but then add about 10x the speed, a fantastic weapons set and the ability, nay NECESSITY to drive on the walls and ceilings.
I would kill for a next gen Rollcage game.
RIP Psygnosis...
Ehrgeiz was my first experience with a true 3D fighting game and if I had it my way, all fighting games would be like this. The ways you could use the environments to your advantage, coupled with objects, powerups and weapons allowed for a wonderful variety in fights. In retrospect, this game is far more similar to Super Smash Bros or Powerstone than it is Street Fighter EX.
[1999, not that new piece of garbage] I would argue that this game did more for story-based FPSs on consoles than Halo did. It was my first experience with a truly deep, meaningful campaign on a console. The gameplay may not hold up anymore, but the presentation and the music (my god the music) definitely do.
"This guy's been evicerated."
Furry raptors.
Nuff said.
What this game lacked in originality (being the first AC game to repeat a protagonist), it more than made up for with the amount of Desmond time it gave me.
I come to AC games for Desmond's story. Period. I don't care about Altair, or Ezio, or Connor, or Jack Sparrow. I just want to see Desmond's story up to the point where it becomes Splinter Cell in the future. Though from what I heard about AC3 that will never happen now and that makes me angry and disappointed.
