I don't think "YouTube" should be a career, these people are relying way too much on a system they have little to no control over and they've felt the grunt of it (Content ID matching etc.)
Exactly. I have no issues over people playing games and putting them on youtube, it's that people are making a living off of content that they didn't create.
I had no idea that Call of Duty and first-person shooters and general were considered "a problem" until the internet bandwagon started up around 2011-2012.
That attitude didn't really exist in any significant way when the site was new, I'll say that much.
I remember people complaining for awhile after halo then Modern Warfare came out with iron sights and people stopped complaining for about year.
In general you will find hate for any game, most of the games I see people posting I don't think the general consensus was negative.
You shouldn't make that doomed image in your mind. Everyone has their own shitcreek to deal with. You should think about your own life and help others were you can, but leave them to deal with their own issues, because they are for them to face.
This is a weird sentiment. It's a website. It's not like you're moving away and can't come back. Is this your way of saying you're deleting Giant Bomb from your bookmarks or something?
I was thinking the same thing. I'm not sure on how people perceive their relationship with their websites, this isn't the first thread I've seen like this. It is the internet, you can view content on this website while viewing content on another website or stop using the internet, then come back to everything, it's your life.
I love the show. I am a fan of the adult swim humor but most shows don't have any plot or good character development. On the surface it just seems like a parody of Back to the future, but it parodies all different sci-fi movies. This show has good structure, characters and jokes. I recommend it to anyone that has enjoyed any other adult swim show.

If you want to play most of these games then I would say yes it would be worth it otherwise wait.
