@Still_I_Cry: You're entitled to your opinion on what barriers you think society should put up for modern issues, but you're still wrong about the use of contraceptives for other things. Please look this up. Reduction of risks for long term diseases among the female population presents a good portion of the people who take things like oral contraceptives. It decreases risks for forms of ovarian as well as other forms of cancer, has certain heart benefits, and heavily aids with women who suffer issues monthly from severe pain. This has been studied a lot, and by large groups of experts at places like the National Cancer Institute.

I know this is a moral/social issue and it exists in a different realm than just health within the public discourse. But splitting hairs about the proclaimed use of contraceptives after they have been tested and are used for a wide range of things is wrong.

@Still_I_Cry: You are aware that contraceptives are used to treat a range of other things outside of pregnancy prevention right? Please do your research before criticizing others.

pip-boy! and journey, to commemorate my journey.

that's awesome. do you dl it straight from that site? and does that website ad remain?

I grabbed it straight from ps3-themes.com within the PS3 browser. The watermark is not present on the actual file itself, ps3-themes just does that with screenshots for themes on their site. If you want to get it yourself, here is the link: http://www.ps3-themes.com/gaming/dead-space-dynamic.html

Atheist since there isn't descrimination about it. Homosexuality on the other hand... But for me I would prefer an independent.

There's no discrimination against atheists? Are you sure about that? I'd be willing to bet that an openly homosexual candidate would have a much better shot than any atheist. Civil rights for homosexuals is a current issue. In time, I believe that there will be a greater acceptance or just passive negativity like their currently is for things like interracial marriage. Atheism on the other hand, will always be condemned because it's not part of the club. Regardless of character, people question atheists more than just about every other group. I've heard plenty of individuals on the news who just boldly denounce atheism as unguided moral destruction. Even people who aren't devout Sunday participants will probably side with a Christian homosexual over someone who identifies with no faith whatsoever.

Dead Space Theme. It is slightly dynamic, the blood droplets move as if they are in zero gravity.

The only major theme that carries over is your relationship with Jenny. So no, Start with II if you want, you will not miss anything terribly important. While I see a lot of people here talking it down, I actually thought II was much more straightforward and well put together. The first one made an effort to feel open world, but failed because of how empty it actually was. I like Starbreeze as a studio and I thought the Riddick games were good, but the first Darkness left a lot to be desired. The art style and animations were pretty great though.

You can link your facebook to your PSN account and some games like Uncharted 3 can use your facebook friends list, but i don't think there is anything on the console level that will add them to your friends list. but i don't use FB so im not %100 sure.

I don't use Facebook either, but you are correct. The link up on the XMB level is pretty bare bones and pretty much only for exporting. The game developer has to include the ability to import your friends list and it has to be done through the game itself. Uncharted 3 is the only game I have seen do this so far, but I am assuming there are a few others.

It's a better game than Downpour though.

Wrong.

You sure do make a compelling argument.

Still waiting on patch 2 as well. I was playing 3 recently and got the animation bug that made characters appear to be sliding across the floor. For a game that focuses on immersion and atmosphere, it just broke my enjoyment quite a bit.
