Although it seems that if you don't get the collectibles in the basement of the medical facility when the story take you down there, you are cut off from them forever. If I'm wrong someone please tell me so I can get the last items.
I have beaten the story and was happy to see you can run around the asylum afterwards to hunt down all the Riddler Challenges. I have over 230 of them and I notice something. In the Medical facility, there is an elevator. You have to use it in the story to get to the bottom floor (FIrst Encounter with Scarecrow).
There are collectibles on this lower floor but the elevator is locked and I can't get down there. Is there any other entrance into that lower level? I've spent hours running around this map.
Any game that has a collect everything gameplay mechanic should NOT block the player from getting such items, especially when the game allows you to roam around after completing it to find them. I'm hoping Batman is not this type of game. I shouldn't be punished and have to play through the entire game again.
I'll pay money for a quality product. If the KKK decided to sponsor Modern Warfare 2, I'm still buying the game. It's a great game. Theres no anti-gay things in Shadow Complex, so I don't see the problem. The money Orson Scott Card makes off the game is his to do what he wants with. It's America. I do't agree with the view, but it's his opinion and he's entitled to think that way if he wants to.
But I should be able to do that if I want. Make it so I have to go through all the story events but I have all the equipment. Why should I have to start a new game and recollect the 80% I already have?
Is there a type of cable I'd be able to buy. Part of me wants the new model because, well, it's new. But I won't if I have to go through a complex process to transfer my game and save data.
In Jeff's review he said he "went back to find items he had missed." Does that mean that after beating it and starting a new game I won't have to find everything again?
I would just keep playing my ending continue save but a story event blocks off some of the map and items there that I missed are gone forever. I don't think I should have to find everything again because the game decided to block off a few items from me.
