I'd actually think it'd be cooler if it was Liquid Snake. I know no arm in the beginning of the trailer probably means it won't be Liquid but I'd kinda be interested to find out Liquid went insane in the membrane.

Why not? Wouldn't that make more sense? Seeing as how Ocelot took Liquids hand? We just assumed he was dead after what happened to him with Fox Die. Every other time he comes up it's through Ocelot.

I just wanted to chime in, I'm only a little bit past saving Yukiko and I've completely turned the corner with the new voice. She actually does a really good job. At first it was a little grating and I didn't like it, but now I can honestly say, I genuinely do like the new voice.

Better than the original? I'm surprised to say it myself... but in some ways, yeah, she actually is.

Play Persona 2.

Seriously though, don't look at tips. There not massively hard games, and the fun of games (at least I think it is) is discovering and exploring the game for themselves. Sure you will fuck up occasionally, but nothings better than finding something cool by yourself.

Absolutely, it's fun to do things unexpected like turning rusted dials and the like. I feel like using a faq and critical pathing this game your first time through would take away a lot of the magic and fun.

She sound fine for me. In the beginning of the game all of her lines are really over the top but as time goes on you get a good balance between a more relaxed and completely workable voice and her excited voice.

Given the choice, sure I'd like the original one back, but this new voice by no means ruins this incredible game. In fact, it doesn't even come close.

Am I the only one who's totally fine with that? I would argue this game is even better on a handheld, don't have to worry about saving before you power off. Just throw it into sleep mode, then pop in to play a single day, train in the TV, or just run around time and explore and back into sleep mode. It's brilliant.

I love being able to play my all time favorite games another time only this time in a portable setting. The PSP was incredible for that! Metal Gear Solid, Dino Crisis, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy VII, VIII, and IX. I mean what more could you ask, it was freaking incredible!

If the PS Vita becomes just that, even more power to them! It's an incredible way for me to reminisce while not wasting my console time playing those games via backwards compatibility etc.

I can only just imagine how great it would be to revisit Final Fantasy X, Onimusha, Silent Hill, SSX, Gran Turismo 4, and Devil May Cry on this incredible handheld! I really hope they start bringing out some classic PS2 games to this thing. Even if they were ports with some extra options like the PSP with PS1 games.

Give them to me!

@Tachimukai: You never see Lee turn. She leaves before then.

I saw no reason to have a little girl shoot me in the head after I had been cuffed. I figured they wouldn't have her stick around when he turned anyways, it would have ruined the entire mood at the end of the game so I knew they wouldn't do it.

@zombiesatemycereal: Hopefully.

I played the entire series on the PC and it was a huge disappointment. The first Mass Effect played brilliantly on the PC and poorly on the 360. Subsequently, ME2 and 3 played great on the 360 and much worse on the PC.

I would love to see these control issues fixed up and also to see the incredible world of ME rendered in Frostbite 2.

Wonder if GB will embarrass itself yet again with another 5/5 score for a GTA game. Probably.

GTA IV wasn't deserving of a 5/5? With it's amazing world, deep single player, and fun multiplayer? Really, that's not worth a 5?

Shhhh.

Nothing about the single player was "deep". It was written like garbage, controlled like crap, and filled with the same dumb missions every open-world game regurgitated time and time again up to that point.

What? You have to be joking. I know it's internet cool to hate on GTA IV now, but come on. GTA IV was an amazing game when in came out.

Not that I disagree with a 5/5 score for the game, but it still bothers me that during that years GOTY deliberations it and MGS4 were in a heated debate for the crowning achievement and it seems like it is dangerously close to going to MGS4. Then they go on a break half way through, and suddenly the general mood of it has shifted to GTA4.

I wished we could have heard what went on during that break.

For the record, I did not think GTA4 was amazing when it came out, but I don't hate it. None of the GTA games capture my attention long enough to beat them.

@Laivasse: Laivasse, you and I share the same mentailty 100%. Perfectly said, certainly couldn't have said it better myself.

@golguin: While I see where you are coming from, and you present all of your information very well, I still disagree with you. In this situation, if any option should have killed Lee, it should have been that one. Not the other way around. Also, you talk about common tropes found in movies and how they relate to real life but I really think you're wrong in this situation. How many people do you think actually reach for guns in real life? It's a crazy move to make unless you know you have some deep trust with that person, and even then, it's still crazy. You can't do that with a perfect stranger. Backing off and standing down says a hundred times more than making an advance on someone and attempting to disarm them from the last defense they even have.

You have to allow the gunner to trust you, not force them.

@Meepasaurus: I'm not crazy right? Going towards and grabbing a gun that someone is pointing at you is suicidal no matter how "calmly" right?
