Maybe I'm cheating a little but Persona 4: Golden was released in Europe this year and the amount of new stuff they added in that game is just insane. Same goes for all the little UI, combat and social link fixes they did.

So, yeah, P4:G is my GoTY so far. Second is BioShock and third is either The Last of Us or Persona 4: Arena.

Halo (...5?)

Really surprised that they chose a Garbage song for their trailer, not that I'm complaining, Garbage is a fantastic band. Pretty darn great trailer, too. Makes me really excited to see what the final game will be.

Took me around an hour to get through it. It's pretty good, though it re-uses a lot of the same environments from the main game. I will say, surprisingly enough, that the story and setpieces were my favorite part of it, and the ending made me way more interested in a Dead Space 4 than the ending to the original game.

Yeah, the last episode was kind of insane. I'm really interested to see where they go with Halo 5 if Halsey is one of the main antagonists and where it would take place. Considering how much they talked about humanizing John in this new trilogy, it'd make sense to have Halsey be the next big-bad since that would, especially after losing Cortana, put him in an even more uncomfortable place, with him having to go against the person that made him who he is.

GT: Space Luchadeer.

The last 5 minutes were amazing. Overall, the series was pretty damn great. Way, way, waaay better then I expected.

The way they reveal John is so damn good!

I just have a question, when does this take place? In the Halo timeline that is, because I thought it took place after the events of Halo 3 but that's clearly not the case

I mean, they don't know what the Covenant are, what their ships look like and what elites are, I am confused

Forward Unto Dawn takes place around 25-30 years before Halo 1, 2, 3 and 4, which takes place in 2552-2557.
