^^ I know reviews aren't everything but those are about as high of review numbers I've seen compiling up for any football game in my recent memory. How "bad" can this game really be?
Basically what we're talking about here are Hitman clones...from hell. I'm pretty sure the developers are sadists laughing with glee.
You're a spy for the Soviets in WWII and you're put in all kinds of stealth spy missions behind enemy (German) lines. You cannot be further removed from run and gun if you try. Easy setting all the way to even have a chance in hell. You have to THINK. You have to plot. You have to be VERY patient and VERY quiet.
I find that most of the time I see people trashing these games those people tend to be the kind that have no patience at all and want to run and gun through everything and they also tend to have just not tried it for very long.
That's the exact LAST thing you can do in these games.
If you like Hitman games, Splinter Cell games, or the Commando series you'll be eating these two games up. You could arguably even run and gun in the Hitman games a little bit more than you can do in these.
I happen to love this series, lumps and all. Far from perfect to be sure but still a good package overall especially at the asking prices south of $30 a pop.
Stealth, patience, planning with virtually identical Hitman Blood Money gameplay and graphics...you'll have a good time. The first game is $20 and this new one is $27. You really could do a LOT worse with a lot more money all too easily IMO.
I bought Moment of Truth the first day it came out with excitement and I haven't been disappointed. I hope these guys make a third game some day and keep this series going, especially if it's going to keep taking forever for us to get new Hitman games.
I realize MS only cares about the 360 and couldn't give a crap less about PC gamers despite occasional hyped rhetoric to the contrary, but really. When the hell is any GTAIV DLC finally coming to the PC?
You have to give Bethesda credit at least for keeping the story going, keeping the game alive, and frankly, keeping the money train going for themselves. I'm sure someone will think up something before long just because of that if nothing else. You milk the cow for as long as you can if the money is coming in.
I could be surprised but I'm pretty sure their Fallout 3 DLCs have done well, especially the nicer ones like Broken Steel and Point Lookout.
I always suspected we'd see follow up to the stray UFO that you run across in the mainland if you explore thoroughly and now we're finally going to see it. This is going to be great!
I hope they keep the DLCs coming right on through to the next game.
It was my understanding that the Ultimate Version in October was coming to ALL platforms.
This site is everyone's best friend for rosters, sliders, and all kinds of other goodies. You have super hardcore fans that will either it do these things themselves and put them in the EA lockers or post it on the boards or...
^^ If you log on the Internet with either console, everyone should see a message about getting an official roster update from easncaa10. By law, they can't do names but EA themselves has been trying to make everything shy of names more accurate and this is the first official update to that effect. Everyone will want this, at least. The people naming rosters are using updates from this official source as their foundation and working from there.
You CANNOT do rosters via USB any longer. There was a hissy fit all over the boards about that. You MUST be able to have Internet access to do any of this on either PS3 or 360. It's dumb, but that's the way it is for whatever reason.
I'm very happy with this year's game myself. I think it's a lot better than the last 2-3 years by far.

Generally that's a human operation, so it's possible someone clicked your name by accident. If that's the case, I apologize on behalf of the entire team.
We haven't been notified by this issue before, so this is the most likely reason.
