I just finished watching all of Clannad and Clannad After Story. Now I need a hug.
No joke, from episode 18 and on in After Story I was in tears. Without a doubt, Clannad is my favorite anime series at the moment. It had such an impact on me. Not just emotionally, but physically as well.
I feel like turning over a new leaf in my life after watching the hardships the cast had to endure. I know it was just a show, and it may be silly to think such things. But I was truly touched.
I know it might just be an after-effect of watching a really good show, and that I may forget about how I felt while I was watching it. That's why I'm adding Clannad related images to my shuffling wallpapers. So when I see them, I can remember. Cheesy, I know, but I really don't care.
I also plan on re-watching this show, most definitely.

Proof that a show doesn't need over-the-top action, nudity, or gore to be interesting or entertaining.
Thanks to everyone who recommended Clannad to me.

One more thing Clannad related. Do yall recommend checking out the Clannad Visual Novel?

Now I'm off to find the soundtrack! Time for the long-awaited Death Note. You guys have really been building up the hype for this one.

I'm not gonna lie, I've replayed the video 6+ times just to hear the music... I will be getting the soundtrack for this game, for sure.

I gotta say, I'm game just for that soundtrack. It was pretty beasty, especially that first track.

This game looks rad. Hopefully we can get a localized version of this game. I don't care if the voices are in Japanese, as long as I get some subtitles and English text so I can read the menus and what not.

@one_2nd: I'm getting there! After Clannad and Clannad After Story, it shall be Death Note time. Really building up the anticipation of this one for me.

Welp! I just finished Cowboy Bebop. I enjoyed it to say the least. The characters were awesome, Ed was by far my favorite. Not really much of a story. But who needs a story when you got good characters. Thats what my Interactive Writing teacher, Daniel Erickson, always says. The ending kinda bummed me out though.
Still a good show. Didn't get emotional about anything though. The universe it took place in I thought was neat. Would like to see more of it... Anyone recommend the movie? I read it takes place during the series, and doesn't tie up any loose ends.

Also, I finished watching Gunbuster 1&2, as well as Wolf's Rain (was recommended to me by a friend). I liked how Gunbuster 2 ended with relation to the first Gunbuster.
As for Wolf's Rain...  the ending was a bit of a downer.
But the show was still pretty good. And the music was fantastic. Yoko never seems to disappoint.

 ~! An Update.
I'm on episode 19 of Clannad and I gotta say I'm really enjoying it. Sure it isn't packed with crazy action scenes and a terribly interesting plot. But the mood of the show is just such a nice refreshing change compared to the previous shows I have watched.
Not surprisingly, Clannad and Angel Beats! are very similar. (Same director I believe) I've learned from watching these shows that when the protagonist meets one on one with another character from the show, to prepare for a horribly sad scene and grab the tissue box (Not that I bawl that much to actually require tissues, just saying that to illustrate a point. Although episode 9 and 14 of Clannad did have me in tears. In Angel Beats... it was nearly every one on one confession)

Anyway, I shall keep on trekking through it, soaking up every last second. It really is a beautiful show. After this, it's Death Note.

Transformice is an awesome game to play around in, with friends espeically.

But nothing about that video screamed high level play. At all... And your mouse wasn't even decked out in spiffeh clothing. He just had a safety helmet on. hat's not saying you gotta be decked out to be pro, but the clothes do play a role of status symbols.
I'm really not sure how you intend to instruct new players with that music video. A video lesson on the game would help a lot of new players though. Especially new Shamans. A video instructing new players how to use the tools and mechanics of the game efficiently would make more sense. Things like ghost boxes and runes and what not... and wall climbing skills. I'm a terrible shaman, I always get everyone killed (once in awhile its on purpose) but I'm a pretty good cheese grabber.

My apologies, I just figured to put the name of the game in an acronym instead of having a long subject title. Besides, the name of the game the acronym relates to is directly underneath the subject title. I figured people should be able to put two and two together.

Didn't think it was that big of an issue to comment on.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 is definitely a Day One purchase for me as well. I'm curious to see how the multiplayer works in that.

I just started playing this game last night and am hopelessly addicted. I haven't tried playing online yet though. I prefer not to play with complete randoms.
Anyone here on GiantBomb grab the demo yet? If so, would you like to party up?
I'm able to use Skype if needed for communication, if you don't want to use the in-game text system.
Oh yea, my partner card data is as follows:

Card name: Noel,
Card No. 60002668

I have a lvl 15 Ranger at the moment. This is my first time with a Phantasy Star game, so I don't really know mechanics too well.
But I'm rocking the Twin Lockguns and Snihoh.
